Does SitesAI replace my accounting software?
No. The SitesAI App has no invoicing, takes no payments and keeps no accounting ledger. Progress claims and dockets are reports, and the figures go into the accounting system you already use.
Is there a separate app for the office?
No. Crew, supervisors and the office use the same app on the web, iOS and Android. Roles decide what each person sees, and you can build your own roles on top of owner, manager and worker.
Can I give a client or a subcontractor access?
Yes. A client can have their own login to see their jobs, accept quotes and sign dockets. A subcontractor you bring onto one site sees only what you offered them.
Can I connect Claude or ChatGPT to the business?
