SitesAI makes software for civil and earthmoving contractors: one product to price the job, and one to run it.
Who we are
SitesAI is an Australian software business based in Melbourne, Victoria. We build software for construction and civil teams: the estimators who price earthworks from a set of plans, and the crews, supervisors and office staff who run the job once it is won.
The company that operates SitesAI is named in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
What we make
SitesAI is two products. You can use either one, or both.
- SitesAI Estimate is browser-based earthworks takeoff and estimating software. It works out cut and fill volumes from PDF, DWG and DXF plans, shows the job as 3D terrain, and turns the quantities into a priced estimate. It runs at takeoff.sitesai.net.
- The SitesAI App is work-management software for civil and earthmoving crews: leads, quotes and jobs, shifts and clock-in, dockets, a site diary, compliance documents and equipment. It runs in a browser at app.sitesai.net and as iOS and Android apps.

Built to work with AI assistants
Both products publish an MCP connector, so Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP-capable AI assistant can work with your own SitesAI data. Connectors are off by default. Setup, permissions and the full tool lists are on the AI connectors page.
Guides
We publish practical guides for estimators and small civil crews: earthworks takeoff and cut and fill, running the job on site, and how SitesAI compares with other takeoff and site software.
