Most people who contact SitesAI want one of six things. Here is the short answer to each, so you may not need to wait for a reply.
Do I need to talk to anyone before I start?
No. Sign in at takeoff.sitesai.net for SitesAI Estimate or app.sitesai.net for the SitesAI App with a Google or Microsoft account, and you are on the free plan straight away. There are no demo calls and nothing to install. If you get stuck, email us and we will help.
How quickly does SitesAI reply?
We answer email at admin@sitesai.net, usually within one business day, Melbourne time. Messages sent through the form on this page go to the same inbox. We do not run a phone line; email lets us send you screenshots and links you can keep.
What should I include in a support request?
Tell us which product you were using (SitesAI Estimate or the SitesAI App), the email you sign in with, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. A screenshot, the browser or phone you were on and, for a takeoff, the plan file help us fix it on the first reply.
How do billing, cancelling and refunds work?
Paid plans are monthly or yearly and you can cancel any time. Every paid plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee: if it is not right for your team, ask us and we refund it, and you keep your data. Current prices are on the pricing page.
Can I connect SitesAI to my own AI assistant or software?
Yes. Both products have an AI connector for Claude, Codex and ChatGPT, and the SitesAI App's AI add-on includes API access. The connectors page explains setup, permissions and how to revoke access. Write to us if you are building an integration and need a hand.
How do I report a privacy or security concern?
Email admin@sitesai.net with "Privacy" or "Security" in the subject and we will treat it first. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how to ask for your data or have your account deleted, and the support page has the account deletion steps.
