SitesAI Features For subcontractors
SitesAI App · For subcontractorsSitesAI for subcontractors
For a subcontractor, the SitesAI App is a wallet for your documents and a narrow door onto the head contractor's site. You upload a ticket or an insurance certificate once and share it with each company that needs it, submit it against a site's requirements, complete the site induction on your phone, and see only the work on that site that was assigned, planned or offered to you.
What does a subcontractor do in the SitesAI App?
Keep one document wallet
A licence, a white card or an insurance certificate belongs to whoever holds it. You upload it once and share it with each business you work for, and when you renew it you renew it in one place. Site compliance documents.
Submit against each site's requirements
When you are granted access to a site, its page shows the documents the site needs from you. You submit from your wallet, and each submission is accepted or rejected with a note that says what to fix. How site requirements work.
Do the site induction on your phone
A site induction is content plus questions, signed with a drawn signature and your typed name. Passing it updates your induction status on that site. Inductions.
Run the head contractor's procedure under your own login
A host can offer one of its processes to your company on its site. It is cloned for you, so your crew walks it on their own phones. Guided flows.
Bring your own crew and machines
You can bring your own crew and your own machines onto the host's site, and you see only what is assigned to you, planned for you or offered to your company there. Equipment and pre-starts.
What does it cost?
The SitesAI App is free for up to 10 licences, with every feature included. A licence is any active team member or active site. Past 10, every active licence is US$5 per month, including the first 10, or US$50 per licence per year. The optional AI add-on is a flat US$38 per month, or US$380 per year, for the whole company.
30-day money-back guarantee on any paid plan. Plans and current prices are on the pricing page.
Guides that go deeper
- Site compliance: a document wallet, not a folder of PDFs. Tickets and insurances belong to whoever holds them. How a wallet, per-site requirements and one compliance report replace the folder nobody trusts.
- Guided Flows: the SOP your crew actually follows. A procedure nobody reads is not a procedure. How guided Flows walk a worker through the job, and why each step writes a real record.
- How to run SWMS digitally for a construction crew. When a SWMS is required, what it must contain, and how to keep the current version in the crew's hands on a phone instead of in a folder in the ute.

Questions from subcontractors
Can the head contractor see all of my documents?
No. A company sees one of your documents when it has been shared with that company, through a site submission or a direct share.
Can I see the head contractor's other jobs or prices?
No. A subcontractor sees only what is assigned to them, planned for them or offered to their company on that site, and never the host's catalogue.
What happens when I renew a ticket?
You renew it once, in your wallet, as a new version. The version a company approved earlier stays in that company's archive as the record of what was true at the time.
Does the SitesAI App write my SWMS?
No. It holds SWMS documents, inductions and SOPs and tracks who has done what. Preparing the SWMS for your high-risk work is still your job. See how to run SWMS digitally.
