These terms are an agreement between you and BLUEXPLUS PTY LTD (ABN 72 655 259 331), trading as SitesAI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using a SitesAI product you accept them. If you use SitesAI on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to accept them for that company.
SitesAI provides software for construction and civil teams: field operations (worktime, dockets, tasks, inductions, documents) and estimating. We add, change and improve features continuously; we'll give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce core functionality you pay for.
You sign in with a Google, Microsoft or Apple account and must keep that account secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and give accurate information. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account) — see the deletion guide for what's removed and what your employer retains.
A company workspace is controlled by its owner/managers. They decide who joins, what roles members hold and which records members can see. Records created inside a workspace (timesheets, dockets, inductions, documents) are the business records of that company. Company owners are responsible for handling their workers' data lawfully, including any workplace-surveillance and record-keeping obligations that apply to them.
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempting to access other companies' data, no reselling without our agreement, no reverse engineering except as law permits, no interfering with the service's operation, and no using it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.
You (or your company) own the content you put into SitesAI. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, back up and display it to the people your company authorises — that's all we use it for. You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload (including photos of people, which may be subject to privacy law).
Current pricing is on our pricing page or as agreed with you in writing. Paid plans renew until cancelled; fees are in AUD and, unless stated, exclude GST. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.
The iOS and Android apps are licensed, not sold, for use on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's and Google's store terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app to the extent it's not inconsistent with these terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for the service and have no support or warranty obligations for it.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" — construction sites lose signal, providers have outages, and maintenance windows happen. Support is via admin@sitesai.net.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law: we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profit, lost data recoverable from your own systems, or business interruption), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or AUD $100 if you paid none). SitesAI records support — but don't replace — your own legal, safety and record-keeping obligations.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms with notice where practicable. On termination of a paid plan, we make company data available for export for 30 days before deletion from live systems.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and disputes belong to the courts of Victoria. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. Questions: admin@sitesai.net.
