Email admin@sitesai.net — we usually reply within one business day. Include the email address you sign in with and, if it's about a specific record, a screenshot or the page link. You can also use the contact form.

Common questions

• Can't sign in? Use the same provider (Google, Microsoft or Apple) you signed up with — the account is keyed to your email address.
• Can't see your company's data? Check the company switcher in the top bar, and ask your company owner/manager to confirm your role and connection.
• Notifications not arriving? Check Settings → Notifications in the portal (your company's owner controls company-wide switches), and your phone's notification permission for the SitesAI app.
• Wrong or missing worktime/docket? Your supervisor or company manager can review and correct entries before counter-signing.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your SitesAI account in the app:

1. Sign in at app.sitesai.net (or open the mobile app).
2. Go to Settings.
3. Under Delete account, follow the confirmation steps.

What's deleted: your personal account, your sign-in identity, your own company workspace and its data (sites, worktime, tasks, documents, notification settings), your device's push-notification tokens, and your connections to other companies.

What's retained: records you created inside another company's workspace (for example timesheets and dockets for your employer) are that company's business records and remain with them — Australian employers are generally required to keep employee records for seven years. If your own company workspace has other active members, you'll be asked to remove them (or contact us to transfer ownership) before deletion.

If you can't sign in to delete your account, email admin@sitesai.net from the address you signed up with and we'll process the deletion for you within 30 days.
